Nothing to complain about, greatly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would love to go back. It was neat, and the people were amazing friendly. The room was great-sized with very comfortable bed as well as good views, at least for me. The location was excellent and unbeatable, in the cafeteria in the evening, in the local area.
Though everything was fantastic, some of the staff were not that friendly.

Thank you for the very lovely stay for one night. The personnel is fantastic friendly. The rooms are new-fashioned and newly renovated with a balcony, good views plus bathroom. The location is magnificent, as the hotel is based on way to ferry port. No reason to complain, totally recommend it.

Had a very enjoyable stay for one night. We walked everywhere, the location was absolutely perfect, on route from Santander or Bilbao to the south as it is approximately 3 hours south of the port. And it was also just next door to the cafeteria in the evening where the food, France and Spain, and the cafe.
